WebCommunity Reach of Montgomery County For over a half century, Reach has served Montgomery County’s most vulnerable residents, constantly adapting as needs evolve. Its health clinic provides medically underserved adults with health education and quality care (including the treatment of COVID-19), in person and via telehealth. WebABOUT THE CLINIC In May 2004, Community Ministries of Rockville (now Community Reach of Montgomery County) founded the Mansfield Kaseman Health Program (MKHP) in response to the need for increasing access to primary healthcare services for uninsured and underinsured adults in Greater Rockville.
