It does work well enough and allows for followers to level with you and be flagged essential. WebbYes, it will affect everyone. Without the mod those high level NPCs and followers will only have perks/spells that their authors added to them. With the mod they’ll also learn new set of perks and spells corresponding to their skill levels. So it will highlight their “highlevelness” 😄
