WebJan 12, 2024 · Review of Hilton Lake Taupo Reviewed January 12, 2024 via mobile Stayed 4 nights very recently. Arrived at 3pm and waited 80 minutes for our room to be ready. Joined many others in the bar who were also waiting. Booked dinner for 6.30. Waited 20 minutes before we could be shown to our table. The hotel needs refurbishment.
