I used his entry level integrated amp, a little 22 WPC unit, to push my Usher 6311's that year and almost walked away a Raven owner. Their stuff sounds as good as it looks, and that's saying something.

Even though that review and these speakers have been around a while, it's still true that when set up right they are among the best at any price. I may a bit biased. I love the sound of the LS9's. Great speakers for orchestral music all the way down to ensemble jazz.
